Membership to FIL is open to legal practitioners who practice in the field of insurance law related matters and litigation. Candidate members should submit a duly completed membership application to contact@fil.cy.

Applications are examined by the Board of Directors of FIL. All applications for membership must include a CV, a brief statement of interest and a declaration of adherence to the Articles of Association of FIL and commitment to abide by the decisions of its Board of Directors and General Meeting.

All candidate members must be recommended by at least three existing members. The right of admission to Membership is vested to the Board of Directors with residual powers to the General Meeting to re-examine and finally decide, upon application of an existing member, on the registration of a candidate who has been rejected by the Board of Directors.
